IMG_0033

I have always claimed to love Salmon and even may consider it among my favorite foods. But I know there are many seafood lovers out there who can’t quite get over its fishy flavor.

If you are struggling to find the secret sauce to disguise that bold reminder of the sea, look no further.

This recipe is a simple rub that will transform your taste buds by its sweet and smoky subtleties.

North Atlantic salmon
1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons (packed) golden brown sugar
3 tablespoons Pimentón de la Vera (Spanish smoked paprika)
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
lemon
  1. Put heavy layer of rub on salmon.
  2. Put on tin foil skin side down. No need to flip.
  3. Cook at 500 degrees on the grill for around 10 min
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice after
  5. Devour
